When you fill in a form on our site — booking, the home assessment, the Home Air Advisor, the mold risk check, contact, careers, realtor or commercial quote forms — we collect the details you give us, which may include:

• Name, email address, phone number and street address
• ZIP code and city, and details about your home (size, age, concerns you describe)
• Your answers in our assessment wizard and AI Advisor, and the recommendations generated for you
• Payment status and order history (plan chosen, amounts paid, visit schedule)
• For job applicants: your resume, role and work-history details you submit

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location, through standard analytics tools.

Payment cards: card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, store or have access to your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only for the purposes above:

• Stripe — payment processing and card storage
• Our scheduling and customer-management system — to manage bookings, visits, reports and payment status
• Email and messaging providers — to send you confirmations, reports and follow-ups
• Hosting and analytics providers — to keep the site running and understand how it's used
• Independent laboratories — samples are analyzed by the lab; reports reference your property address

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and share about you
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we don't sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your home's record history, and meet legal and accounting requirements. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any breach as required by law.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (like remembering your booking draft) and for analytics that help us understand which pages are useful. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how forms work.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
