Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aircare365.org and the inspection and air-monitoring services provided by AirCare 365. By booking a visit, purchasing a plan or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
01Our services
AirCare 365 provides independent indoor environmental inspection and air sampling services, including mold air sampling, moisture assessment and related testing, performed at your property and analyzed by independent laboratories.
We are not doctors and do not provide medical advice. Our reports describe environmental conditions at your property. If you have health concerns, please consult a licensed physician.
We do not perform mold remediation or repair work. Our role is independent testing and monitoring.
No inspection or sample can guarantee that a property is free of mold or any other condition. Testing reflects conditions at the locations sampled, at the time of the visit. Conditions can change, and areas not sampled or not accessible may differ.
02Booking and payment
- $0 due at booking. When you book, you may save a card with Stripe as authorization. Saving a card is not a charge.
- Pay at the visit. For per-visit payment, your saved card is charged the visit amount when your visit is confirmed. Each visit is charged once.
- Pay in full. You may instead pay the full plan price at checkout. Where offered, buy-now-pay-later options (such as Klarna or Afterpay) are provided by Stripe and subject to their approval and terms.
- Pay links. If you prefer not to save a card, or if a charge fails, we email or text you a secure Stripe pay link for the amount due.
- Prices are as shown on the site at the time of your order. Online booking discounts are applied automatically where offered.
03Plans and visits
- AirCheck — a single inspection visit with lab testing and a written report.
- AirCare 365 — two visits per year, billed per visit or paid annually.
- AirCare Premium — four visits per year, billed per visit or paid annually.
- Multi-visit plans have no long-term commitment: you may stop future visits at any time from your account or by contacting us. Visits already performed or confirmed are charged as scheduled; amounts already paid are non-refundable except as described below.
- Annual plans renew at the end of each term unless you cancel before renewal. We will remind you before a renewal charge.
04Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a visit at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Visits cancelled inside 48 hours, or where our technician cannot access the property at the agreed time, may be charged a visit fee.
If we need to reschedule (for example due to weather or safety conditions), we will offer the next available slot at no cost to you.
05Reports and your account
Lab results and reports are delivered to your secure customer account, typically within a few business days after the lab completes analysis. Reports describe the property tested at the time of the visit and are intended for the property owner or authorized requester. You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in link private.
06Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and property information
- Ensure an adult (18+) is present and our technician has safe, reasonable access to the areas to be inspected
- Tell us about known hazards at the property before the visit
- Use the site lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its operation
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirCare 365's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, health outcomes, or decisions made based on a report.
Our testing is a snapshot in time and does not replace a full home inspection, medical evaluation, or remediation assessment by a licensed contractor.
08Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless both parties agree otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the latest "last updated" date applies. Terms in effect at the time of your order govern that order.
