AirCare 365 uses the same prices statewide: an AirCheck visit is $595, or $520 when booked online. AirCare 365 ongoing monitoring is $950 per year for two visits, and Premium is $1,695 per year for four. Nothing is charged at booking.

What does a mold inspection include?+
A visual inspection, room-by-room humidity readings, moisture meter checks, thermal imaging for hidden damp areas, indoor air samples compared with an outdoor control, independent lab analysis and a digital report with photos and next steps.
Is humidity a problem in San Diego homes?+
Coastal neighborhoods can run humid much of the year. The EPA suggests keeping indoor humidity below 60%, ideally 30-50%. A hygrometer is a cheap first check.
Should I test a vacation home or rental in San Diego?+
Homes closed for long stretches can build up humidity. A check between seasons or tenants documents conditions and catches leaks early.
Can an inspection prove a home is mold free?+
