Is this a job or freelance work?
All roles are independent contractor (1099) positions. You choose which jobs to accept and set your own availability.
How and when am I paid?
You're paid per completed job. Rates depend on the role and job type and are shared on your intro call.
Do I need my own equipment?
It helps but isn't required for every role. Tell us what you have in your application.
Do I need insurance?
Asbestos consultants need their own general liability insurance. For other roles, tell us what coverage you carry.
Where are jobs?
We're booking now in the nine Bay Area counties. Applicants elsewhere in California join our talent pool for upcoming regions.
Who analyzes samples?
Samples go to independent laboratories with documented chain of custody. You don't need lab access.
